Module I Supervision
This module introduces the "Four Musts" of supervision, the supervisor's function, roles and responsibilities, organizational structure, line and staff relationships, leadership, motivation and groups.

Module II How to Work with People
This module deals with forms and types of leadership and communications, performance and development reviews, and how to introduce change.

Module III How to Get the Work Out
This module deals with leadership, planning and controlling work goals and work priorities, determining and managing employee job focus, work and personal problem solving, and time management techniques.

Module IV Employee Selection & Training
This module deals with the supervisor's leadership role in the hiring process, the identification of training needs, adult education methods for orientation, coaching, training, and discipline.
